At noon on July 22, a flash flood occurred in the border commune of Nhon Mai, Nghe An province, causing many houses to be swept away and the commune People's Committee headquarters to be submerged 1 meter deep. Authorities and residents struggled to escape the flood.
Heavy rains cause many roads in Nghe An to be flooded, traffic is cut off.
