Proposal to amend and increase support level for container shipping lines through Cua Lo Port
The Southeast Economic Zone Management Board said it is submitting to the People's Committee and People's Council of Nghe An province to amend the export support policy for shipping lines and businesses with containerized goods transported through Cua Lo Port.

(Baonghean.vn) - The People's Council of Nghe An province has just passed a Resolution regulating policies to support shipping lines transporting international and domestic containers; supporting businesses with exported and imported goods transported by container to and from Cua Lo port.

(Baonghean.vn) - Since April 2023, the international container shipping route through Cua Lo port has been suspended after 11 trips to Nghe An sea. It is unknown when it will reopen, but the suspension of this route has caused difficulties for businesses in the province.
