6/6 industrial parks operating in Nghe An have standard wastewater treatment systems.

According to the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board, thanks to focused investment, by the end of May 2025, the province had 6/6 operating industrial parks with centralized wastewater treatment systems that met environmental standards.

Nghe An: Many industrial clusters still do not have wastewater treatment systems.

(Baonghean.vn) - Although the whole province has 23 industrial clusters (ICs) in operation, currently only 10 ICs have wastewater treatment systems. The lack of wastewater treatment systems makes the risk of pollution at ICs a pressing problem for localities.
Voters in Nghia Dan reflect that the wastewater treatment system in rural areas still has many shortcomings.

(Baonghean.vn) - Reflecting on the recommendations to the provincial People's Council delegates, voters of Nghia Lien and Nghia Tan communes (Nghia Dan district) said that the wastewater treatment system in rural areas still has many shortcomings and needs fundamental solutions.
