Huynh Thuc Khang High School student wins Miss Vinh 2023 title

On the evening of September 29, at the Nghe An Provincial Labor Culture House, the Vinh City Youth Union Standing Committee in coordination with accompanying units organized the Final round of the contest "Elegant Youth of Vinh City" - Miss Vinh 2023.
