North Korea develops new 155mm self-propelled artillery with a range of over 60km.
North Korea's new artillery system uses the L/52 caliber, similar to modern Western artillery, and is expected to be deployed to three border battalions this year.

Finland is investing 546 million euros to purchase 112 K9 Thunder self-propelled howitzers from South Korea.
The agreement includes 112 K9 artillery systems along with spare parts, helping Finland bolster its border artillery firepower with the specially adapted Moukari variant.

Estonia received 155mm K9 self-propelled howitzers from South Korea; the K9A1 uses INS/GPS, has a firing rate of 6 rounds per minute, and a range of up to 54 km. Russia deployed the 2S35 with a range of 70 km in limited numbers.
