(Baonghean.vn) - From early morning until about 1:00 p.m. on July 17, hundreds of people could not cross the stream and were crowded at both ends of Khe Moi spillway in Luc Da commune (Con Cuong) due to flood water.

Risk of landslides in Khe Moi

(Baonghean) - The irrigation canal project in Mon Son commune (Con Cuong) was built more than 5 years ago, taking irrigation water from Moi stream to supply dozens of hectares of rice and crops in Thai Son 2 and Tan Son villages, Mon Son commune. However, more than a month ago, due to landslides on the banks of Moi stream, a part of the irrigation canal serving production collapsed. This is one of the reasons why a part of the rice and crop land of Thai Son 2 and Tan Son villages lack water for production.
