(Baonghean.vn) - This is one of 27 marine reserves nationwide and one of 16 provincial-level marine reserves established.

The largest marine reserve in Antarctica is about to be born

(Baonghean.vn) - The world's largest marine reserve, with the goal of protecting the wild and pristine Antarctic region, will officially be established. This is the decision made after the final agreement reached on October 28 thanks to Russia's "nod" after a long period of opposition.
Vietnam has established 9/16 marine protected areas.

The protected areas include: Cat Ba, Bach Long Vy, Con Co, Cu Lao Cham, Nha Trang Bay, Nui Chua, Hon Cau, Con Dao, Phu Quoc.
