Immediately, a woman in Ma village, Ngoc Lam commune agreed to follow Hoa and Ty to work abroad with a "high salary". Because there were still "few goods", Hoa assigned the recruitment to Ty and promised that when there were 3 - 5 people, Hoa would contact her to go and complete the "going abroad" procedures.
