Nghe An fines 15 more fishing boat owners

From June 12 to 24, based on verification, patrolling and controlling at sea, Nghe An province's functional forces fined 15 more fishing boat owners for violating the Fisheries Law.

Many fishing boats in Nghe An still lost VMS connection at sea.
