Russia is ready to engage in dialogue about peace in Ukraine.

According to Ambassador Kelin, Russia is ready to conduct negotiations based on the draft peace agreement discussed in Istanbul in the spring of 2022; and Russia will not be ready to reach any agreement until Ukraine holds new presidential elections.
