(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 21, Nghe An Irrigation Association held a ceremony to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Irrigation Industry's traditional day (August 28, 1945 - August 28, 2020); the 15th anniversary of the Association's establishment and the 4th Congress, term 2020 - 2025. Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the ceremony and directed the congress.
