The Provincial Military Command Party Committee offered incense at Kim Lien Relic Site and Vinh City Martyrs' Cemetery.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2019) and the 30th anniversary of the National Defense Day, the Party Committee of the Provincial Military Command organized a memorial incense offering ceremony at Kim Lien Relic Site and Vinh City Martyrs' Cemetery.
