On April 28, Russian President Vladimir Putin decided to impose a 'humanitarian' ceasefire from May 8 to midnight May 11 to mark the 80th anniversary of Victory Day (May 9). Meanwhile, NATO is at risk of splitting up even before it resolves the Ukraine issue.
