The government has extended the suspension of Decree 46 pending the new Food Safety Law.

The Standing Committee of the Government unanimously agreed to temporarily suspend Decree 46 and Resolution 66.13 until the new Law comes into effect in order to address shortcomings and ensure legal stability for businesses.
