Announcement of Decision to establish Nghe An University

On the afternoon of April 21, Nghe An University held a ceremony to announce the Prime Minister's Decision on merging Nghe An Pedagogical College into Nghe An University of Economics and changing the school's name to Nghe An University.

The monitoring delegation of Nghe An Provincial People's Council worked with the Department of Education and Training on planning the school and class network.

Reporting to the Provincial People's Council's monitoring delegation, Director of the Department of Education and Training Thai Van Thanh informed that from the 2020-2021 and 2024-2025 school years, Nghe An will merge and reduce 31 public schools; 200 public preschool and general school points.
