According to AFP/Reuters, Western diplomats participating in the nuclear negotiations in Switzerland said on March 29 that Iran and the P5+1 group (including Britain, France, the United States, Russia, China and Germany) have reached a preliminary agreement on key parts of a deal that will significantly limit Tehran's nuclear program.
