(Baonghean.vn) - On October 14, a working delegation from Noong Het, Muong Moc, Muong Kham districts, Xieng Khouang province; Muong Quan district, Hua Phan province (Lao PDR) and Nam Can International Border Gate Border Guard Station (Laos) came to Ky Son district to give gifts to support the government and people to overcome the consequences of flash floods.
