The Government has just issued a Decree stipulating the principles, bases, contents, order, procedures, criteria, and authority for annual assessment and classification of cadres, civil servants, and public employees, applicable to cadres, civil servants, and public employees specified in the Law on Cadres, Civil Servants, and Public Employees.
