Catriona Gray, 24 years old, won the Miss Philippines 2016 and Miss Universe Philippines 2018 titles. In 2016, she represented the country at Miss World and reached the Top 5.

The title of first runner-up was awarded to the representative from South Africa, and the second runner-up went to the beauty queen from Venezuela.
