(Baonghean.vn) - On January 26, Nghe An issued urgent dispatch No. 02/CD-UBND, directing proactive measures to prevent and combat prolonged cold weather.
In many places, the temperature is below zero, the Prime Minister issued a telegram to prevent severe cold.

Faced with the weather conditions in the North, where temperatures are likely to be as low as 3-6 degrees Celsius, and in mountainous areas below 0 degrees Celsius, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested 31 provinces and cities and 4 ministries to implement many measures to prevent and combat prolonged cold weather.
