*The Ministry of Public Security selected Nghe An as one of 12 provinces and centrally-administered cities.The event will be held as the launching ceremony for the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level. The ceremony will take place on the morning of July 1st at Ho Chi Minh Square, Vinh City, coinciding with the effective date of the Law on the Force Participating in Protecting Security and Order at the Grassroots Level, with the participation of leaders from the Ministry of Public Security and provincial leaders.
*The Hung Duc Bridge is 4.1 km long and spans the Lam River.Connecting the banks of Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces, the bridge, which opened on June 30th, is considered the longest river crossing bridge on the North-South expressway.
