The organizers of the rally declared the abolition of the old government and the establishment of the first Soviet government of Workers and Peasants. The Soviet government at that time was called "Bat Huong" meaning 8 villages, led by the Party cell. The headquarters of the Soviet government was also located in Dinh Trung and had the task of distributing land to the poor, organizing the dissemination of the national language, and managing all activities in the village.

Although the Soviet government did not last long, its historical significance of "taking the lead" was enormous. After the Soviet government was suppressed, Dinh Trung was still the site of many protests by people demanding legitimate rights for the community.
