Nghe An: Highlights of December 1st

Vinh City officially became a coastal urban area with a population of over half a million people; Awards were presented for the Nghe An Province Reading Culture Ambassador Contest… These are some of the highlights of December 1st.

* Over 1.3 million delegates attended.National Conference to review and summarize the Party's ResolutionAt the Nghe An provincial venue, Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - presided over the meeting.
