Later that same day, Ms. Helga Margarete Barth - Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Vietnam, along with provincial leaders, met with provincial leaders.Attending the energization ceremony for the 110kV Nam Cam power line and substation.This project is a component project within the "Efficient Grid in Medium and Small Cities" program, phase 2.
