Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation provides professional training for commune and ward union officials
On the morning of September 9, the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) organized a training conference to improve professional skills for full-time union officials of the Union Working Committee and commune and ward unions.
Attending the conference were specialized officials of the Trade Union Working Committee, ward and commune Trade Union officials, and officials assigned accounting tasks.Cward and commune union leader.
This is an important activity to improve the capacity and skills of organizing and managing trade union work at the grassroots level, meeting the requirements of innovation in the current period.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Mr. Kha Van Tam - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation affirmed that this training conference is of special importance in the context that after the reorganization of the two-level government apparatus, the Trade Union organization has undergone many comprehensive changes. Accordingly, the Commune and Ward Trade Union is a completely new model, formed for the first time with many new points in terms of functions, tasks and personnel.
The head of the Provincial Federation of Labor requested that the lecturers participating in the training select the key content, convey it seriously and scientifically so that the grassroots cadres can easily absorb and apply it. As for the cadres being trained, they need to focus, participate enthusiastically, promote a sense of responsibility, and share practical issues.

The training conference focused on four important contents: Trade Union Law; Trade Union Charter, functions and tasks of commune and ward trade unions, establishment of grassroots trade unions, development of union members; Trade Union financial work; Regimes and policies to care for and support union members, implementation of Workers' Month activities, Tet Sum Vay, emulation and reward work, organization of workers' conferences, dialogue at the workplace.

After the training program, the conference spent time discussing and resolving difficulties and problems in Trade Union activities.
This training course is expected to help grassroots union officials consolidate their legal knowledge, professional skills, and union member mobilization skills. At the same time, it will enhance the exchange of experiences and overcome difficulties, thereby improving the quality of grassroots union activities, contributing to building an increasingly strong union organization.
