The Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor Unions is providing professional training for commune and ward-level trade union officials.

Attending the conference were officials from the Trade Union Affairs Committee, officials from ward and commune trade unions, and staff assigned to accounting duties.CMr. Đoàn, Ward/Commune.

This is an important activity aimed at improving the capacity and skills of organizing and managing trade union work at the grassroots level, meeting the requirements of innovation in the current period.

In his opening remarks at the conference, Mr. Kha Van Tam, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, affirmed that this training conference is of particular importance in the context of the comprehensive changes that have occurred in the trade union organization following the restructuring of the two-tiered government apparatus. Accordingly, the commune/ward trade union is a completely new model, being formed for the first time with many new features in terms of functions, tasks, and personnel.

The head of the Provincial Labor Union requested that the instructors participating in the training select key content and deliver it seriously and scientifically so that grassroots officials can easily understand and apply it. As for the officials receiving the training, they should focus, participate enthusiastically, demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, and share issues from practical experience.

The training conference covered four important topics: the Trade Union Law; the Trade Union Charter, the functions and duties of commune and ward trade unions, the establishment of grassroots trade unions, and membership development; Trade Union finance; and policies and regulations for caring for and supporting union members, implementing activities for Workers' Month and Tet Reunion, emulation and reward work, organizing employee conferences, and workplace dialogue.

Following the training program, the conference dedicated time to discussing and addressing difficulties and obstacles encountered in trade union activities.

This training course is expected to help grassroots trade union officials consolidate their legal knowledge, professional skills, and member mobilization abilities. At the same time, it aims to enhance the exchange of experiences, address difficulties, and thereby improve the quality of grassroots trade union activities, contributing to building an increasingly strong trade union organization.
