Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Phung Thanh Vinh - representing the Vietnamese delegation - held a working meeting with leaders of Busan city (South Korea); a workshop was held to provide feedback on draft laws prepared by the Ministry of Public Security for submission to the 15th National Assembly; Nghe An established 4 working groups to resolve difficulties at the commune level… These are some of the highlights of September 19th.

* On September 19th, as part of their working visit to South Korea, the Vietnamese delegation, comprising representatives from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Cultural Diplomacy – Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with representatives from Nghe An, Quang Tri, and Tay Ninh provinces, held a working session withBusan city leadersPhung Thanh Vinh, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, represented the Vietnamese delegation.

* On the afternoon of September 19th, the Provincial Police coordinated with the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies to organize...Workshop to provide feedback on draft laws chaired by the Ministry of Public Security.The draft was submitted for comments and approval at the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly. Ms. Thai Thi An Chung - Deputy Head of the Standing Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of the province and Colonel Tran Hong Quang - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, chaired the workshop.

Nghe AnFour working groups were established.Directing and resolving difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of the two-tiered local government system, according to Decision No. 2954/QD-UBND signed and issued by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Le Hong Vinh, on September 17, 2025.
