10 years of debate on ban or not, alcohol consumption increases again

When the Law on Alcohol Prevention was first drafted, Vietnamese people consumed 2.7 million liters of alcohol per year; 10 years later it reached 4.67 million liters.
Advertising of alcohol and beer over 15 degrees will be banned.

After reviewing the proposed options, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly's Committee on Social Affairs agreed with the regulation "banning the advertising of alcohol and beer with more than 15 degrees of alcohol".

Discussing the draft Law on Advertising, some National Assembly delegates proposed banning advertising of all types of alcohol and beer, only then can we hope to reduce traffic accidents.
