Nghe An University inaugurates Vietnamese language classes and celebrates the 50th anniversary of Laos' National Day.

On the afternoon of December 2nd, Nghe An University held the opening ceremony for its 23rd Vietnamese language training course and celebrated the 50th anniversary of the National Day of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (1975 - 2025).
