These days, many streets in Nghe An are adorned with the vibrant red of the national flag and the Party flag. On every road, the flags flutter in the wind, further enhancing the joyful spirit of the entire nation as it commemorates the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country on April 30th and International Labor Day on May 1st.
