(Baonghean.vn) - On January 16, the Prime Minister signed and issued Directive No. 03/CT-TTg on strengthening the implementation of the Law on Prevention and Control of Harmful Effects of Alcohol and Beer and Decree No. 100/2019/ND-CP of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the field of road and railway traffic.
