(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of May 15, the People's Committee of Nghe An province held a meeting to listen to and give opinions on the following contents: Special nutrition regime for coaches and high-performance athletes; naming streets in Vinh city and Nghi Loc district; meeting of the Steering Committee of the Provincial Congress of Ethnic Minorities.
Voters of Vinh Tan ward (Vinh city) proposed that the names of the streets should be associated with the history of Nghe An.

(Baonghean.vn) - Voters of Vinh Tan ward, Vinh city proposed that the Provincial People's Committee submit to the Provincial People's Council to name some streets in the ward. In addition, the naming of streets should be based on the names of famous people associated with the history of the province, and the street names should be short, easy to remember and meaningful (for example, the road section from Thong Nhat railway to hamlet 7, Hung Chinh commune was named Dang Thi Hong Van, people said it was not suitable because the name was long and not associated with the history of Nghe An province).
