Nghe An strives to have 3 provincial cities by 2030

According to the roadmap to 2030, Nghe An province will develop two more cities: Hoang Mai and Thai Hoa, in addition to the expanded Vinh city which has been recognized by the Prime Minister as meeting the criteria of a type I urban area.
