(Baonghean.vn) - The terrible flood that swept through Ta Ca commune and Muong Xen town, Ky Son district on October 2nd caused devastation in many residential areas, causing landslides, flooding, and damage to the Ky Son Water Supply Station - which supplies domestic water to the entire Muong Xen town. To soon contribute to stabilizing the lives of people affected by the flood, on the morning of October 4th, the Provincial Military Command mobilized hundreds of officers and soldiers, including Regiment 764, to participate in dredging mud and soil, cleaning the settling tank cluster, clearing the flow, and supporting the reinstallation of the pipeline network, thereby soon supplying domestic water to people and preventing post-flood epidemics.
