Proposed new policy on granting Investment Registration Certificates

The Ministry of Finance is drafting the Investment Law (replacement). In it, the Ministry proposes policies to improve and simplify investment and business procedures, and continue to strengthen the decentralization of authority to approve investment policies.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Official Dispatch No. 29/CD-TTg dated April 1, 2024 on completing investment procedures for projects expected to be arranged in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025.
