On August 31, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, General Secretary To Lam received Politburo Standing Committee member and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China Zhao Leji on the occasion of his official visit to Vietnam, attending the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 and co-chairing the first session of the Cooperation Committee between the National Assembly of Vietnam and the National People's Congress of China.
