On November 16th, during his working visit to Nghe An province, Comrade Le Minh Hung - Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, and Head of the Central Organization Department - laid flowers and offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Vietnam-Laos International Martyrs' Cemetery; visited and presented gifts to officers and soldiers of Border Guard Post 557; and attended the Great Unity Festival with officials and people of Cao Veu 1 village, Phuc Son commune, Anh Son district.
