Strengthening cooperation between localities of Vietnam and the Russian Federation

On April 8, in Moscow, Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Dang Minh Khoi met with Mr. Aleksey Yurevich, Governor of Ulyanovsk Province (Russian Federation) to discuss contents to promote cooperation between Ulyanovsk Province and localities of Vietnam.
The government of Ulyanov province (Russia) will visit Nghe An and inaugurate the Lenin monument in Vinh city.

(Baonghean.vn) - Regarding the propaganda orientation for April 2024, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested that press agencies have many articles about the event of welcoming the high-ranking delegation of the Ulyanov provincial government, the Russian Federation, to visit and work in Nghe An, and inaugurating the Lenin Monument in Vinh city.
