(Baonghean.vn) - At approximately 12:45 PM on April 26th, on National Highway 8A, in the area of Bong Phai hamlet, Son Tay commune, Huong Son district, Ha Tinh province, the Special Task Force caught Nguyen Ngoc Nam (born in 1983), residing in Dong Hoa hamlet, Thanh Hoa commune, Thanh Chuong district, Nghe An province, and his accomplices red-handed for the crime of "illegally transporting narcotics," seizing 6 kg of methamphetamine and 4 blocks of heroin (total weight approximately 1.5 kg).
