(Baonghean.vn) - One of the manifestations of moral and lifestyle degradation of cadres and party members pointed out by the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (12th tenure) is: Bureaucracy, distance from the masses, lack of closeness to the grassroots, lack of inspection and supervision, lack of grasp of the situation of the locality, agency, and unit; indifference, apathy, lack of responsibility in the face of difficulties, frustrations and legitimate demands of the people. Many provincial Party committees are proposing solutions to overcome this problem through resolving frustrations and outstanding issues.
