(Baonghean.vn) - According to bank representatives, when lending to build new fishing vessels under Decree 67, many vessels are operating inefficiently, including many steel-hulled fishing vessel owners who are unable to repay their debts. Commercial banks have discussed with departments, sectors, localities and vessel owners, but have yet to find an effective solution.
Credit in 2018 will increase by 18 - 19%

The National Financial Supervisory Commission forecasts that in 2018, credit will continue to grow steadily, with a growth rate equivalent to the last 3 years, at around 18 - 19%.
