Death sentence upheld for man recently released from prison who trafficked over 3.6 kg of drugs.

After being released from prison, Dang Danh Tuan continued to traffic 3.6 kg of drugs and was arrested. Due to the large quantity of drugs, Tuan was sentenced to death by the court. He subsequently appealed for a reduced sentence.
