3. Opening remarks for the November 20th celebration at the junior high school.

Distinguished delegates!

Distinguished teachers, parents, and all students present at today's ceremony!

From time immemorial, countless generations of students have deeply cherished the tradition of "Respecting Teachers and Valuing Education," expressing their gratitude to their teachers – the silent ferrymen who guide their students across the river to the shores of knowledge with all their enthusiasm and love. Teachers remain the same, coming to class every day, undeterred by sun, rain, or wind, unaware that their hair has turned gray with time, and wrinkles have deepened on their faces and around their eyes. Teachers continue to play a significant role in nurturing the souls of Vietnam, acting as "engineers of the soul." They – educators – are engaged in the profession of teaching, "the noblest of all professions, for it creates creative human beings."

Each of us has a beautiful time as a student, studying under the roof of our school with the guidance and instruction of our teachers. Our parents gave us our physical form, our teachers gave us knowledge; their contributions are truly immense and incomparable. It's also true to say that the teaching profession is like rowing a boat, silently guiding passengers to the other shore. To fulfill their noble mission, these "boatmen" must hold the oars firmly, a journey filled with hardship and difficulty. And after successfully guiding one passenger across the river, the boatman returns to the dock to continue their noble task. And so, day after day, teachers dedicate their lives to educating their students, helping them grow and mature with each lesson. Teachers silently continue their role as "boatmen," carrying one generation of students after another to the shores of knowledge, giving wings to their futures. Perhaps, throughout our lives, generations of students like us can never fully repay the kindness of our teachers. Once again, on behalf of all the students, I would like to express our deepest gratitude and sincere thanks to our teachers – those who have illuminated our dreams and aspirations.

Following the teachings of beloved President Ho Chi Minh: "For the benefit of ten years, plant trees; for the benefit of a hundred years, cultivate people," the entire Party and people of Vietnam have always cared for the cause of education and training in our country. In 1982, the Party and State decided to designate November 20th as the annual Vietnamese Teachers' Day. Since then, November 20th has become a celebration day for teachers, educators, and education administrators nationwide. This day is a day when all levels and sectors show their appreciation and encouragement to those working in education, and also a day for countless generations of Vietnamese students to express their profound gratitude for the teachers' contributions in educating them and shaping them into who they are today.

Joining in the joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere throughout the country, on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025), with the approval of the Party Committee, People's Committee (commune/ward), and the school's Party Branch, the Secondary School..... solemnly organizes the ceremony to celebrate the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day.
