Earlier, on the morning of May 28, the Quy Chau District Police (Nghe An) received a report of a theft in the area. Mr. NKT (residing in Tan Lac town, Quy Chau district) was the one who reported that his family had been broken into and had their SH motorbike stolen.

Through home camera footage, it was shown that at around 2 a.m., a young man wearing a light-colored T-shirt, a helmet, and a mask covering his face climbed over the fence and entered the second-floor balcony to break into the house.

It is known that the camera was directed by Mr. NKL's family to the outside balcony. However, the subject turned the camera inward, so that all of the subject's actions were clearly recorded.

After breaking into the house, the subject used an object shaped like a knife to search the house. After about 50 minutes, the subject unlocked the SH motorbike parked in the house and drove away from the scene.

Immediately upon receiving the report, Quy Chau District Police isolated the suspect and proceeded to investigate.traceAt 4:45 p.m., Quy Chau District Police successfully arrested the suspect in the theft, Le Dinh Dat (born 2008), residing in Ky Anh District, Ha Tinh Province.

At the time of arrest, the suspect was driving to Vinh city, 150 km from the crime scene.

According to information from the authorities, through the struggle, Le Dinh Dat admitted to breaking into Mr. NKL's house to steal property and bring it to the southern provinces for sale. To avoid being tracked and searched, Dat removed the license plate to avoid detection by the authorities.

It is known that Dat's family is quite complicated, his father died early, his mother has no permanent residence. Dat himself does not have a stable job and has been prosecuted many times by the police in Hanoi and Ha Tinh for "Theft of property".
