The atmosphere was exciting and orderly, the money distribution took place quickly and transparently.

In the afternoon of the same day, at the Cultural House of Luu Phai village (Thanh Tri, Hanoi), hundreds of people gathered to receive gifts. People brought their identification documents for officials to check against the national population list. The gift distribution was organized scientifically and publicly, ensuring that everyone received the full amount.

According to Thanh Tri commune officials, the gift of 100,000 VND on the occasion of National Day is not only a material support, but also a gratitude and concern of the Party and State for the people. This is a way to encourage the spirit, arouse national pride, and create a warm atmosphere on the 80th anniversary of National Day.
Localities affirmed that they will continue to review and ensure that no citizen is left behind. Although the gift is small in value, it carries the meaning of community connection, helping people clearly feel the State's support during major holidays.
