100% of the communes in Tan Ky district have had their electricity restored.

(Baonghean.vn) - SAfter many days of effort to fix it,As of this morning, July 21st, all 22/22 communes and towns in Tan Ky district have had their electricity restored.

Typhoon No. 2 caused damage in Tan Ky district, breaking and knocking down 1,280 low-voltage power poles, tilting 57 medium-voltage power poles, and severing 30,000 meters of low-voltage power lines. Hundreds of electricity meters and crossarms were also damaged... 100% of communes and towns lost power.

Immediately after the storm passed, the Tan Ky Power Branch mobilized all its power sector personnel in the district to focus on repairing the damage.

According to Mr. Tran Dinh Tu, Director of the Tan Ky District Power Branch: As of 9:00 AM on July 21st, the medium-voltage power lines have been repaired, and power has been restored to all main 10KV and 35KV medium-voltage power lines serving 22 communes and towns. The goal is to complete the repair of low-voltage lines today to restore power to all substations in the district.

Therefore, today, all medium and low voltage substations in Tan Ky district will have their power restored, meeting the daily needs of the people.
