13 typical rural industrial products honored

(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial People's Committee has just approved the results of the vote for 13 typical rural industrial products in 2016.

The purpose of the program is to discover and honor products that meet the tastes of domestic and foreign consumers in order to have plans to support production and promote trade, contributing to the development of rural industry.

In 2016, there were 32 products registered for voting, divided into 4 groups: handicraft products; agricultural, forestry, fishery and food processing products; machinery, equipment, tools, mechanical spare parts; and other products.

The Council for the selection of typical rural industrial products at the provincial level in 2016 decided to select 13/32 products that met the criteria. These products are: Phoenix Painting of Phu Quy Stone and Mineral Joint Stock Company (Quy Hop); Brocade Pieu scarf of Hoa Tien Brocade Weaving Village Cooperative; Bamboo and rattan weaving products of Thang Loi Handicraft Cooperative; Phu Loi anchovy fish sauce; Van Phan Dien Chau fish sauce; Hai Giang Cua Hoi fish sauce; 559 fish sauce of Quynh Luu Seafood Joint Stock Company.

Besides, there are sesame rice paper of Nguyen Van Cong production household (Do Luong); Tuyet San tea of ​​the Youth Volunteer Team (Ky Son); Set of stone handrails and stair pillars of Thien Tam Private Enterprise (Quy Hop); Artificial stone tiles of CMISTONE Vietnam Joint Stock Company (Nghia Dan Industrial Park); Quy Chau traditional incense of Ha Loan production facility; and finally, Thuy Lieu incense products of Phuc Hoa Company Limited (Nghia Dan).

The program to vote for outstanding rural industrial products at the provincial level is held every two years. This is the second time the Organizing Committee has held a vote with dozens of products being honored. Each outstanding product is awarded 5 million VND.
