13 outstanding rural industrial products were honored.

(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial People's Committee has just approved the results of the selection of 13 outstanding rural industrial products in 2016.

The program aims to identify and honor products that meet the tastes of domestic and international consumers, in order to develop plans to support production and promote trade, thereby contributing to the development of rural industries.

In 2016, 32 products registered for the selection process, divided into four groups: handicrafts; processed agricultural, forestry, and aquatic products and food; machinery, equipment, tools, and mechanical parts; and other products.

The Provincial Council for the Selection of Outstanding Rural Industrial Products in 2016 decided to select 13 out of 32 products that met the criteria. These products are: Phoenix paintings from Phu Quy Stone and Mineral Joint Stock Company (Quy Hop); brocade scarves from Hoa Tien Brocade Weaving Village Cooperative; rattan and bamboo weaving product set from Thang Loi Handicraft Cooperative; Phu Loi anchovy fish sauce; Van Phan fish sauce from Dien Chau; Hai Giang fish sauce from Cua Hoi; and 559 fish sauce from Quynh Luu Aquatic Products Joint Stock Company.

In addition, there are sesame rice crackers from the Nguyen Van Cong household business (Do Luong); Tuyet San tea from the Youth Volunteer Brigade (Ky Son); a set of stone balusters and stair posts from Thien Tam Private Enterprise (Quy Hop); artificial paving stones from CMISTONE Vietnam Joint Stock Company (Nghia Dan Industrial Park); traditional Quy Chau incense from Ha Loan production facility; and finally, Thuy Lieu incense products from Phuc Hoa Co., Ltd. (Nghia Dan).

The provincial-level selection program for outstanding rural industrial products is held every two years. This is the second time the organizing committee has held the selection, with dozens of products being honored. Each outstanding product receives a prize of 5 million VND.
