The confirmed case in Ho Chi Minh City is "patient 2580", and the two cases in Hai Phong are "patient 2582" and "patient 2586". They illegally entered Phu Quoc by fishing boat on March 22nd.

The woman, originally from Vinh Long, then traveled from Phu Quoc to Ho Chi Minh City by sea and land. On March 24th, she underwent testing at FV Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, and the results came back positive on March 25th. The patient is currently isolated and receiving treatment at the Cu Chi Field Hospital.

A person from Cam Pha, Quang Ninh province, and another person from Kien Thuy district, Hai Phong city, traveled on flight VJ458 from Phu Quoc to Noi Bai airport, then took a private car to Hai Phong. On March 24th, the woman from Cam Pha went to Vinmec Hai Phong Hospital for testing, and on March 25th, the result was positive. The person who traveled with her also tested positive for nCoV on March 26th.
