At around 11:00 AM on September 28th, there was light rain in Nghia Tho commune.
At that moment, Mr. Le Van Men's family was inside their house when they heard a loud lightning strike. When he went to the cow shed, he discovered that a mother cow had been killed by the lightning strike, and a calf had a leg injury.
The incident caused Mr. Mến's family a loss of approximately 20 million VND.
