Two groups of young men fought over a debt of 1 million VND.
Due to a small debt, two groups of young men brought various weapons to fight each other, causing chaos in the streets.
On September 4, District 4 Police, Ho Chi Minh City announced that they had just issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and execute an order to temporarily detain 10 subjects to investigate and handle the crime of "Disturbing public order".

According to the investigation, in early July, Nguyen Minh Tri (18 years old) and two friends brought weapons to Huynh Manh Tu's house to demand 1 million VND that Tu owed to one of the group members. However, Tu did not pay and instead challenged him.
Tri's group attacked with weapons, but Tu ran away to save his life.
In the early morning of August 1, Tu discovered Tri driving a motorbike on Ton That Thuyet Street, District 4, so he called his friends to chase and beat Tri at a gas station on Nguyen Khoi Street, District 4. Angry at being beaten, that same evening, Tri mobilized his accomplices to bring various weapons, guns, and artillery shells to meet at a coffee shop to discuss a plan of revenge.
Tri's group of 4 people went to Tu's house on motorbikes to look for him but couldn't find him. Knowing that Tu often gathered friends in the Nguyen Kieu Islet area, Tri's group went there.
When discovering Tu's group of 7 people sitting around, Tri's group rushed in with weapons and attacked. Tri's group damaged a motorbike.
Tu's group ran away screaming and throwing rocks back. This group ran to a nearby dump, got 6 hidden machetes and came back to attack.
Seeing that Tu's group had a large number of people, Tri's group looked for a way to escape. Because they were not familiar with the road, Tri's group was surrounded and had to abandon their vehicle and jump into the canal to escape the pursuit.
Tu's group used weapons to damage two abandoned motorbikes at the scene. When they saw the police arrive, Tu's group ran away.
However, 10 members of the two groups involved in the brawl were quickly arrested by the police.
As a result of the fight, Luu Hai Nam (18 years old) in Tri's group was injured in the right hand and 3 motorbikes of both groups were seriously damaged.
Upon receiving the report, District 4 Police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police to investigate and arrest 10 people involved in the fight, confiscating 2 homemade knives about 80 cm long, 1 square iron bar about 95 cm long, 1 metal gun, and 3 damaged motorbikes.
District 4 Police are continuing to investigate and consolidate documents and evidence to consider additional prosecution for the crimes of "Intentionally causing injury" and "Intentionally damaging property" against the related subjects.
